Welcome to utoovote
"UToo", the voters of your community and the mass incarcerated, can and will make a difference on how the laws are applied to all American citizens.
This
"UToo" platform brings awareness to family, friends, associates and
interested parties of the mass incarcerated within the United States on
the state and federal levels, informing all American citizens of how our
lawmakers are depriving us (citizens and prisoners) of the guarantees
found in your States Constitution and the United States Constitution.
The
mass incarcerated has a VOICE and UToo! The mass incarcerated American
citizens, whether within the walls of confinement or on parole etc.,
have an average of five people who will help him/her to change the
lawmakers. That's right, remove the lawmaker(s) who are not working for
the people they serve. Take for example in the Heart of Dixie!
State of Alabama
Freddie Demond Heard Sr., AIS# 272097, an Alabama state prisoner has diligently tried to exercise his guaranteed fundamental rights pursuant to Section(s) 25 and 35 in the the Alabama Constitution(1901), injunction with the United States Constitution FIRST and FOURTEENTH Amendments. See definitions Infra. (later on in the text)
STATEMENT OF FACTS
Freddie Demond Heard Sr. inquired to determine via a Freedom of
Information Act request as to the existence (or non exist stance) of the
instructions on how a citizen can access the federal grand jury.
According to the United States Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama, no such records exist.
Freddie Demond Heard Sr. also requested an audience with the
federal grand jury in Mobile, Alabama, which the Defendant adroitly
side-stepped. When this occurred Freddie Demond Heard Sr. submitted his
First Amendment Complaint. See Case No. 2:21-CV-125-MHT-KFP, Middle
District of Alabama.
In case No. 2:21-CV-125, Middle District of Alabama, Judge Myron H.
Thompson refereed to my lawsuit as "frivolous", without any attempt to
state the facts or any conclusion of law as to why my lawsuit is
"frivolous".
Freddie Demond Heard Sr. appealed to the United States Court of Appeals
in Case No. 23-10651, where this court claimed to have found the appeal
frivolous. Thereafter denied Freddie Demon Heard Sr. leave to proceed
and dismissed the appeal.
On, September 27, 2023, Freddie Demond Heard Sr. requested
United States Representative Barry Moore to introduce a bill of
impeachment against Judge Myron H. Thompson before he denies meaningful
access to the courts to any more American citizens. See Documents Infra:
Letter to Representative Barry Moore
To
This day United States Representative for the Second Congressional
District in Alabama, Barry Moore has not responded to Freddie Demond
Heard's request. Judge Myron H. Thompson and the United States
Representative Barry Moore has an imperative duty by their oath of
office to uphold the Alabama Constitution and the United States
Constitution whereby definition:
The Alabama Constitution (1901) in Section 25 Right to peacefully
assemble and petition for redresses of grievances, etc. states "That the
citizen has a right, in a peaceable manner, to assemble together for
the common good, and apply to those invested with the power of
government for redress of grievances or other purposes, by petition,
address, or remonstrance."
The United States Constitution
requires the Alabama Constitution (1901) to work concurrent with the
United States Constitutions FIRST Amendment where "Congress shall make
no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free
exercise thereof; or abridge the freedom of speech, or of the press; or
the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the
Government for a redress of grievances."
The Alabama Constitution working in concert with the United States
Constitution's FOURTEENTH Amendment with an officials oath of office
creates an imperative duty to the citizens within Alabama where " All
persons born or naturalized in the United States and of the State
wherein they reside. No state deprive any person of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law, nor deny to any person within it's
jurisdiction the equal protection of the law."
Freddie Demond Heard Sr. has been clearly deprived of his
guaranteed fundamental rights by Judge Myron H. Thompson and now United
States Representative Barry Moore.
